CBRE's Q2 2026 numbers underline where the industry's growth is coming from. Overall revenue rose 16% to $11.2 billion, while facilities management grew 11% year-over-year to $5.3 billion. The standout was data centres: critical infrastructure services revenue jumped 68%, and the firm expects the segment to grow roughly 25% a year over the next five years. US office leasing revenue climbed 24% — the strongest second quarter on record.
