Self-Performance and Outsourcing Are Capability Choices
The right model depends on what the organisation must retain
An ABM practice paper hosted by IFMA presents self-performing workforces as supporting consistency, knowledge retention, technology adoption and reduced subcontractor complexity.[8] As a provider-authored paper, it should not be treated as comparative proof that self-performance is always superior.
