JLL's Q2 2026 results tell the same story from another angle: occupiers are consolidating with integrated service providers and competing for Class A space. Consolidated revenue grew 10% to $6.9 billion; real estate management services reached $5.4 billion. US office leasing revenue rose 24%, with gateway markets like New York and Los Angeles up 27%, helped by technology-sector demand and return-to-office mandates. The firm now manages 340 data centre facilities.
